UPS Access Point Guidelines
We are thrilled to provide a community UPS Access Point here in Grimes! We know you might have some questions about how it works, and we're here to help!
- We can accept any sealed, labeled package being shipped UPS!
- Package must be less than 44 lbs., as we do not have a loading dock
- We are not permitted to offer label printing or packaging assistant, per our contract with UPS.
- If you require packaging materials, or only have a QR code or otherwise need a label printed, please visit the nearest UPS Store.
- From our location, the nearest UPS Store that can provide these services is in Johnston (8805 Chambery Blvd, Ste. 300)

- Dropping off a package?
- Packages are picked up from our location Monday-Friday between 2pm & 3pm.
- Picking up?
- Deliveries are Monday-Friday between 12pm & 3pm
- Early AM deliveries arrive by 10:30am
- Please allow us to check your ID to make sure we give you the right package!
- Deliveries are Monday-Friday between 12pm & 3pm
- Any questions about your package? Double check your tracking number! Re-routed home deliveries may occur after our daily UPS service. Packages may be delayed until our next UPS service.
